Four focused workspaces. One Windows app.

Turn textured models into print-ready geometry

Import, compose, repair, bake color, and prepare image-based pieces without moving between disconnected tools. Evaluation Mode has no time limit; a paid license is required only when you export.

Move between workspaces from the same project. Your imported model, settings, preview camera, and activity log stay with you.

Texel Forge detecting a four-color printer palette from a photographic Earth texture

Texel Forge

Convert textured meshes into palette-based geometry for multicolor printing, then export a slicer-ready painted 3MF or legacy AMF file.

Mesh Forge composing a brightly textured clown fish model

Mesh Forge

Import or build geometry, then compose, resize, move, rotate, split, color, and add decals before handing the model to Texel Forge.

Repair Forge inspecting topology diagnostics for a textured radio model

Repair Forge

Inspect topology, compare diagnostics, and apply quick or advanced repair while keeping the original and repaired states easy to review.

Image Forge turning the Mona Lisa into a dimensioned printable piece

Image Forge

Turn artwork, transparent cut-outs, or the first page of a PDF or Word document into a dimensioned printable piece, then continue in Mesh or Texel Forge.

Two ways into Image Forge

Keep the canvas or follow the cut-out

Use a complete image as a dimensioned piece, or let transparency define a clean subject-shaped boundary.

Opaque artworkKeep the full image

Turn a photograph or artwork into a precisely sized printable piece while preserving its complete rectangular canvas.

Transparency-aware cut-outFollow the visible subject

Ignore transparent margins so the generated outline follows the artwork instead of its original image rectangle.

Connected workflow

Keep the model moving, not your attention

Texel Forge keeps preparation work inside one application, with shared import, diagnostics, repair, preview, and licensing behavior across every public workspace.

  • Import GLB, glTF, FBX, OBJ, STL, and 3MF models
  • Preserve project state while switching workspaces
  • Diagnose topology before and after repair
  • Prepare color-aware 3MF output for common slicer profiles
  • Use every preparation tool without a time-limited trial

What it does

Practical tools for real print-preparation work

Broad model import

Bring in GLB, glTF, FBX, OBJ, STL, and 3MF files through a shared importer.

Texture-to-color baking

Detect a printable palette and turn textured surfaces into color-assigned geometry.

Composition and decals

Build with primitives, transform parts, split and seal models, assign colors, and place image decals.

Visible repair diagnostics

Review boundaries, non-manifold edges, orientation conflicts, and other topology signals before and after repair.

Images and documents to geometry

Create sized pieces from common image formats and the first page of PDF or DOCX documents.

Direct workspace hand-offs

Continue generated or edited work in Mesh Forge or Texel Forge without exporting an intermediate file.

Simple by design

System requirements

Choose memory for the models you plan to build

Minimum - smaller projects

  • Windows 10 with the matching x86, x64, or ARM64 installer, or Windows 11 with the matching x64 or ARM64 installer
  • 4-core processor using the installer that matches Windows; x64 examples include Intel Core i5-8250U and AMD Ryzen 3 3200G
  • 4 GB RAM for x86; 8 GB RAM for x64 or ARM64; DirectX 11-compatible Intel, AMD, or Qualcomm graphics
  • 1280 x 720 display and 1 GB free storage, plus room for project files

Recommended - detailed projects

  • Windows 10 or Windows 11 using x64 or ARM64 for greater memory headroom
  • 6-core or better processor, such as Intel Core i5-12400, AMD Ryzen 5 5600, or a modern Windows ARM processor
  • 16 GB RAM; use 32 GB or more for multi-million-triangle or 8K-texture work
  • 1920 x 1080 display, modern DirectX 11/12 graphics, and an SSD with 5 GB working space
Working with very large models?

RAM use grows with triangle count, texture resolution, bake detail, and edit history. Plan on 32-64 GB for multi-million-triangle projects, multiple 8K textures, or intensive repair work.
